Yes. Developer Core has no subscription. You pay 0.50% today (1.00% once plan rates take effect) on each successful payment you take through FurlPay, and your first 1,000 x402 settlements each month are free. Creating an account takes no payment and no wallet signature.

Today every payment through FurlPay is charged 0.50%, only on successful payments, and shown before you authorize it. The plan rates — Developer Core 1.00%, Starter 0.75%, Growth Orchestrator 0.50% — apply from a date we will announce in advance; Enterprise agreements set their own rate below 0.50%. A payment already created is never repriced.

No. The payment fee applies only to successful payments, a subscription is activated only after its payment is verified, and an x402 settlement refused before anything is sent on-chain is not counted toward your allowance.

No. FurlPay's fee does not include blockchain network fees. When you pay a subscription in USDC you pay the network fee for your own transfer, and quotes for payments made through FurlPay show the network cost separately.

Starter is $49 a month. It includes everything in Developer Core, a 0.75% payment fee, 25,000 x402 settlements a month, hosted stablecoin checkout, payment webhooks, agent spending policies, API key management with test and live keys, payment history and CSV reports, and email support.

Growth Orchestrator is $249 a month. It includes everything in Starter, a 0.50% payment fee, 250,000 x402 settlements a month, human approval on money-moving agent actions, sanctions screening on every payment, USDC acceptance on multiple networks, and priority support.

Annual billing isn't available right now, and no annual charge can be made while it is off.

Starter and Growth are not on sale yet. When they are, you can subscribe from Developer Core at any time, and a change between Starter and Growth takes effect at your next renewal, with no proration. Request early access to hear when checkout opens.

No subscription can be bought yet, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.

x402 lets an API or AI agent pay for a request with a signed USDC authorization (HTTP 402 Payment Required). A settlement is one such payment that FurlPay's facilitator submits on-chain for you. Settlements made with your FurlPay API key count toward your plan's monthly allowance; a verification-only check does not count, and a retried or replayed payment is counted once.

x402 allowances are not being counted yet. When metering starts, Developer Core includes 1,000 settlements a month, Starter 25,000 and Growth 250,000, and settlements past the allowance are refused before anything is sent on-chain unless you upgrade or agree Enterprise terms.

Not yet: USDC checkout is not enabled, so no USDC subscription payment can be taken.

Not yet: card payment for plans is not enabled, and no card charge can be made.

No. Connecting a wallet only shares the account you choose. A payment needs a separate, explicit approval in your wallet, and a one-time transfer does not authorize any future debit.

Yes. Enterprise & BaaS customers agree a payment fee below 0.50%, a custom x402 allowance and service levels in an annual agreement with a contractual minimum. Contact sales to start; contacting us does not create a payment or a subscription.
