Why now
Three shifts just landed at once: x402 made agent payments a production standard (Linux Foundation, 20+ members), MiCA went fully live in the EU, and every consumer lane now has a $1B+ incumbent — while the agentic-payments lane has ~$50M total and no clear winner. That's the gap we're building into.

SDKs, CLI, MCP server and the x402 facilitator are MIT on GitHub. Trust is earned by letting people read the code.

- 2-of-2 MPC custody with passkey-bound device shares and an HSM policy gate.
- A double-entry ledger, cross-chain routing (CCTP/Li.Fi), and gas-sponsored transfers.

A settle() runs 202,667 gas — cents on Arbitrum, dollars on L1. That two-orders-of-magnitude margin against our 0.5% fee is what makes sponsoring gas for every user and agent viable. the full math →

X402Facilitator holds no funds and no keys — USDC verifies the payer's EIP-3009 signature itself. FurlPayRouter hard-codes a 1% fee ceiling on-chain so a compromised API cannot overcharge. read the contracts →
WebAuthn / PasskeysSecurity
Private keys live in the device's secure enclave and unlock with FaceID — phishing-resistant by construction. Account addresses derive deterministically from the passkey, so you can receive funds before the contract is even deployed.

- • Base salary at 70–85% of US remote market — location-independent (same in SF or Bangalore).
- • Meaningful early equity (0.5–3% by role & seniority), 4-year vest / 1-year cliff.
- • Remote-first, async-friendly, equipment + conference budget.
