What is Testnet?
A testnet is a blockchain network used to test software and workflows without relying on the corresponding production network. Testnet tokens are intended for testing and should not be treated as production assets or as evidence that a mainnet payment has settled.
Keep testnet and production configuration, credentials, and records separate. A passing test on a testnet demonstrates behavior under that test environment only; it does not establish production readiness, liquidity, or identical network behavior.
Faucet tokens and test accounts are intended for development and may be reset or unavailable. Never represent their balances or confirmations as customer funds, merchant receipts, or evidence of production settlement.
